In this phase, we’ll have a chance to get to know each other, discuss your project needs, your investment, and discover if we are the right company to help you accomplish your design goals. During this time, we conduct a feasibility study to help us define your scope of work and build your proposal. Once the proposal is approved and the contract is signed, we are off to the races.

During this phase, we work in close collaboration with our clients by doing extensive research into who they are, what inspires them and how they function daily in their spaces. We look for inspiration through art, culture, travel, and develop a color story based on key words our clients share about how they want their spaces to feel. Through this discovery, we work to curate a selection of furnishings and materials that help to bring your design to life. We’ll then prepare a presentation to present all the selections we’ve curated for your approval.

Based on the approval of the Final Visual Design Concept, in this phase, we will begin purchasing all the furniture and materials needed to bring your design to life and handle the logistics of delivery tracking.

EXECUTION: Execution of the finalized design will take place and we will manage your project through working with any tradesmen that are required for the project. The length of this phase is dependent upon the scope of your project.

INSTALLATION: Our team will come in to install all the finishing touches that transform your space into a home, followed by a final reveal. We will then host the final reveal and turn your keys back over to you so you can enjoy your newly designed home/space!
